Based on information, Rohingya ethnic residents landed in the area at around 17.30 WIB.
it was reported that the condition of the Rohingya ethnic residents was weak and some were reported to be in sick condition.
It was also reported that when they first landed, the Rohingya people looked limp and supple while lying on the sand in the Ujong Pie beach area.
From a number of ethnic Rohingya stranded in Pidie, many children and women were seen.
Separately, the Head of Public Relations of the Aceh Police, Kombes Winardy, said that his party is currently still collecting data regarding the number and condition of the refugees from Myanmar.
winardy said, his party would also communicate and coordinate with related cross-sectoral parties to overcome this problem.
"There needs to be cross-sectoral coordination to solve the Rohingya problem, bearing in mind that their landings are becoming more frequent," said Winardy, in a brief statement to the Aceh Police. []
